In addition to the maintenance provisions of our contract we undertake to provide the following extra services after you move into your new home:

Retain Files

We will archive a file for your home with copies of plans, specifications, inclusions and other information that may help you in future renovations, extensions or when you decide to sell.

Home Products

We will help you buy products from our suppliers for the prices they charge us.
